ACC VMS Details
The VMS Details tab will show you the name, visitor type, check in and out date, and time, location, which station, the station type, if it's a department, which room, if they used quick print, if they’re verified and session duration.
Selecting the date at the top left will allow you to specify which date or dates you want the information to be pulled from
Station type allows you to specify which type of system you want to pull the data for
“Stations” lets you select with stations you would like to pull the data from
Departments allow you to specify which departments you want to pull the data from
Select Columns allows you to specify which data in particular you want to pull
“Visitor type” allows you to specify which type of visitor you want to pull data for, IE: Conference visitor, employee, parent or patient, amount others.
“Report settings” at the top left allows you to set up an automated report for this data to be sent to you on your specified date and time frame.
You can export in PDF or CSV format depending on your needs
You can also search for anything specific you might need after the reports are pulled from the Search bars “Search: in” and “by” making it “search by name” on the far right search bar.
