ACC IRR

You can see any Incident Response Reports (IRR) that were generated from selecting confirm under a threat item from the operator application.

Clicking on IRR settings you can show/hide the fields that are enabled, which can be customized by Athena Support (1-833-928-4362). The button on the right will be blue when enabled, and greyed out when disabled. *Check display closed tickets to see the IRR’s that were already closed.

The location is where you select which location of which specific IRR that you want to see.

Clicking on the dates at the top right will allow you to select a specific date or range of dates and see every IRR that was created on that date or dates.


Here you can see what the IRR reports look like when a date or date range is specified. You can see the date and time, the name of the officer that submitted the report, a photo of the item, comments if necessary, name of visitor, and the alert picture that was confirmed, and the ability to close the IRR.

Clicking on close will allow for the person closing the ticket to write any comments and assign the name of the person who is closing the ticket. (seen below)


You can also export the reports to a CSV, with the “export to CSV” button at the top of the page.
