Once logged into ACC, you are on the “alerts page”. Once you set up MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) you can type in your code and get to the alerts page.
Down below you can see when you click on the calendar dates and you can modify the date and time for the alerts that you would like to see.
After selecting a specific time frame, you can see the pictures of the alerts that came though
(As seen below)
Alert Types:
Battery low: The battery charge on the iPad is low
C-O-Connection-Lost: The connection between the Controller and Operator was lost
Clear: The system did not detect a threat object
Login-Alert: Someone logged into the system
ObjectDetected: An object was detected
Offline: The station is offline
SystemCheck: The app is running a System Check
WDS Test: The Operator initiated a WDS Test in order to test the system
WrongDirection: A person traversed the lane in the wrong direction
You can also categorize your alerts from this page. You can click false at the bottom of the image to confirm an item as false, which will add a false tag at the top right of the image,, and confirm, confirming that it was indeed a threat. (Both seen below)
Clicking on status will allow you to change which statuses show on the alerts pictures, you can check or uncheck “Action Required”, “False”, or “Threat”.
Clicking on alert type will open the types of alerts that you can see from your WDS setup.
Here is an example of “battery low” being the only alerts we see.
