Modified on Tue, 27 Dec 2022 at 11:05 AM

1. Operator Unit click on "Secondary Screening"

2.  Click on Confirm or False to see options.  First under False you will see options for: Wheel Chair, Walker, Glasses Case, Laptop, Items combined, Other.  By selecting an option under False you will achieve the alert for reporting.  If you select Confirm it will become a "Threat" and the reports will report total threats at the end.   For Confirm options please see next image.

3. Confirm Options are: Gun, Knife, Vape and Other.  If you select the confirm option it will turn red and say "Threat" on the alert and show up in the reports as such.   After you select the confirm option and select one of the refilled in choices there is an option of popping up the "Incident Response Report"

4. Incident Response report is the final step for the alert resolution process.  See below a image of the report, Note all questions in the report are customizable.  This current report was a combination from best practices and from current customer that were using paper before they started using Athena's Weapons Detection System to help them automate all of their processes and go paperless.

5. Each step again is customizable to fit your procedures. The first question in our current default IRR is "Name of Operator". this can be pre-populated with the names of all of your Guards to make selection easy.

6.  Watch this video on how to setup the Incident Response Report.  Learn how to turn off or on Incident Response Feature when you click "confirm" on alert screen.  Learn also how to make a button on "alert screen". to create a IRR on demand.

7. Watch the IRR report video for the default questions.  You may change and alter any or all of the questions to fit your companies needs.
