Dialpad Account Setup & Access

Step 1  Receive Dialpad Invitation

1. Users will receive an invitation email from Dialpad.
   
   

Important:
Users must click Get Started to activate their assigned phone number and complete account setup.

Step 2 Activate Account

1. Click the invitation link from the Dialpad email.

2. Follow on-screen prompts to:

   • Create or confirm login credentials

   • Finalize account activation

Once completed, the phone number will be active and ready for use.

Step 3  Access Dialpad Online (Browser Access)

Users can access Dialpad directly from a browser using the online app:

Step 4 Download Dialpad Application (Optional but Recommended)

Users may install the Dialpad app for better performance and call handling.
