Operators can access a quick-reference training guide directly within the app:

  • Click the Support icon in the top right corner of the screen

  • A 15–20 second video tutorial will guide users through:

    • Using Help and Support Options

    • Viewing Alert Types

    • Understanding Real-Time Alerts

    • Resolving Alerts

    • Accessing Incident Reports

    • And more features coming soon


?‍? Training and Onboarding

Every new Athena account includes comprehensive onboarding and required in-person or virtual training to ensure effective system use.

Digital Curriculum

  • Sent via email to designated Operators and Administrators

  • Includes a Training Manual and Curriculum Guide

  • Acts as a permanent reference for future use

In-Person And Digital Training (Required for All New Accounts)

Two separate training tracks are provided, each lasting approximately 4 hours:

1. Operator Training

  • Hands-on training session with physical demonstration

  • Written instructions, skill demonstrations, and performance verification

  • Logged and signed attendance

  • Reinforces digital training curriculum

2. Administrator Training

  • Covers system ownership and configuration

  • Includes control over user access, permission levels, and security settings

  • Reinforces digital curriculum content

Post-Training

Each participant will receive:

  • A personal copy of the training curriculum (emailed)

  • An understanding and demonstration of all support resources:

    • Online Knowledge Base

    • Ticket System

    • Email and 24/7 Phone Support

    • In-App Help Guide
