Every new Athena account includes comprehensive onboarding and required in-person or virtual training to ensure effective system use.
Digital Curriculum
Sent via email to designated Operators and Administrators
Includes a Training Manual and Curriculum Guide
Acts as a permanent reference for future use
In-Person And Digital Training (Required for All New Accounts)
Two separate training tracks are provided, each lasting approximately 4 hours:
1. Operator Training
Hands-on training session with physical demonstration
Written instructions, skill demonstrations, and performance verification
Logged and signed attendance
Reinforces digital training curriculum
2. Administrator Training
Covers system ownership and configuration
Includes control over user access, permission levels, and security settings
Reinforces digital curriculum content
Post-Training
Each participant will receive:
A personal copy of the training curriculum (emailed)
An understanding and demonstration of all support resources:
