How to use mC-Label3 Printer with Athena’s Visitor Management System App

Step by step process:


1.) Download the app. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/star-quick-setup-utility/id1549088652

2.) Turn on the printer

3.) Connect to the printer via Bluetooth

4.) Open the app and follow what’s on the video - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OaiTuRk-xPPxIiI6EPsifd4hy54t8lwb/view?usp=sharing


a.) .Search Printer 



b.) Click Printer Settings 



c.) Print Media Settings 



d.) Die cut label 



e.) Gap sensor 




f.) Adjust Paper Guide - Click next 



g.) Load Die cut label roll - Click next 



h.) Adjust sensor position - Hit Apply 



i.) Close the printer cover 



j.) Test Print 



k.) Check if the test print result is correct 



l.) Cut in the correct position 



m.) Setup complete - Hit OK 



5.) Open the VMs app and try to print.


6.) Make sure there is a blue light in front of the printer.


 

7.) Download Athena Visitor Management App to test printing from it.

a.) Select Patient or Visitor 



b.) Log in and type in password 



c.) Click Printer Settings 



d.) Click Def ault Printer and switch it to Label Printer



e.) Click Label Printer Settings



f.) Choose Bluetooth 



g.) Confirm Yes 



h.) Click 2” (384dots) 



i.) Click High when Open 



j.) Click Save 



k.) Test it 



l.) Enter room number 


 

m.) Print 



n.) Result
