Follow these simple steps to get your Visitor Management System printer back up and running:
Step 1: Reset the Manager iPad
- Tap the Owl icon in the top left corner
- Select "Reset The App"
- Reopen the Entrance Pass app
Step 2: Check iPad Connection
Make sure the status light in the top right corner of the Manager iPad is green (this means your Visitor iPads are connected)
Step 3: Power Cycle the Printer
- Unplug the power cable from the back of the printer
- Plug it back in firmly (make sure it's seated all the way)
- Press the power button on the right side
Step 4: Wait for Ready Status
Give the printer a few seconds to start up. You'll see a blue status light on top when it's ready to print.
Step 5: Test Print
- Scan a visitor ID to do a test print
- When prompted, select "Reconnect Printer" and tap OK
- The printer should now show a blue Bluetooth light on the bottom
