Athena Weapon Detection System 3.0

Introduction

This release note outlines the new features and bug fixes included in the latest version of Athena’s

Weapon Detection System (v3.0). We've focused on improving functionality and addressing critical

issues to enhance the user experience.

Core Features and Enhancements

● Apollo Integration: Ability to integrate into the Apollo weapon detection system. Clear,

and Object detected alerts are sent via a wired connection. 3D model shown for object

zones as well as an image of the person walking through.

● 13” iPad Support: A new larger UI was created for the use of a 13” iPad. Alerts are both bigger

and more alerts are shown at a time.

● Box List change to Station Selection: Boxes are now referred to as stations and the station

list now only shows relevant stations rather than all for that user.

● Increase number of allowed object types: Maximum object types for confirmed/false alerts

have been increased from 6 to 16.

● Auto-Login Improved: Canceling auto-login now requires an admin pin to perform the action.
