Not Seeing Alerts
If your AthenaVision AR Glasses are charged and on, and the Entryway Security app is connected to the glasses, but you are not seeing Alerts come through when alerts are appearing on the iPad, your iPhone used to connect with the AthenaVision AR Glasses is most likely not connected to the internet. Verify that the iPhone has either a Cellular or WiFi signal.

If your iPhone does have Cellular or WiFi service connected, but you are not seeing alerts on the AthenaVision AR Glasses, please check that your AthenaVision AR Glasses are charged and connected to the Entryway Security app using the steps in the previous pages.
