Continuity Plan

Every customer should establish a Continuity Plan so the customer and Athena understand what happens if a system issue affects operations.

Education Session: Continuity Planning

• Document key contacts and escalation paths.

• Define communication and response expectations.

• Identify operational steps if equipment is temporarily unavailable.

• Review service options, replacement considerations, and return to service procedures. • Align internal teams and Athena on responsibilities before an issue occurs.

The goal is to prepare in advance so teams can move quickly and consistently toward returning the system to service.

Preventative Maintenance Plans

Please inquire about enterprise wide preventative maintenance programs to help reduce the likelihood and potential cost of failure and improve the ability to move quickly with a fix should something break.

Education Session: Preventative Maintenance

• Review scheduled system checks and maintenance needs.

• Discuss system condition and operational readiness.

• Review applicable software updates and calibration support.

• Provide advanced product training for common break fix scenarios.

• Plan for commonly needed parts and components that may be appropriate to hold on site.

Three Different Service Approaches

• Continuity Plan: Prepare. Know what happens, who is responsible, and how teams respond if service is disrupted.

• Preventative Maintenance Plan: Get ahead of problems through scheduled, proactive service and planning.

• A La Carte Break Fix: Respond when a specific issue occurs.
