Athena Control Center - Release Notes v2.2.5

Introduction 

This release note outlines the new features and bug fixes included in the latest version of Athena Control Center (v2.2.5). We've focused on improving functionality and addressing critical issues to enhance user experience. 

New Features 

● Face Detection: 

● New face Engine with enhanced facial recognition capabilities for improved accuracy and speed. 

● Push notifications for Weapon Detection System iPad App upon face creation, update, or change. 

● Ability to link faces with alerts for improved tracking. 

● Reports: 

● Added URL to IRR reports to allow linking them to alerts for easier reference. ● Option to choose object types (confirmed/false) for Weapon Detection System and Object Scans reports. 

● Separate display for confirmed and unconfirmed detected objects by class in Weapon Detection System reports. 

● Ability to add color legend to email reports. 

● Option to filter Visitor Management System and Weapon Detection System boxes for Visitor Management System Details and CRM pages. 

● CRM: 

● Implemented key server encryption for CRM data on tablets, ensuring enhanced security. ● Search functionality across all databases (replacing search by box and account). ● Ability to update visitor and patient first and last names by managers. 

● Option to add parent visitor type for child visitation. 

● Option to add CRM creation time and manager notes with override reason. 

● Improved functionality to handle encryption for various fields. 

● Ability to search for verified or all visitors. 

● Expanded investigation capabilities for casinos that scan driver’s licenses. Users are now allowed to see driver’s license data, visitor frequency, date and time of last visit, which entrance was used, and which employee served them. 

● Ability to add a person of interest from the investigation screen of CRM data. ● Alerts: 

● Implemented a feature to send SMS reminders to visitors about unclaimed property. ● Option to include Object Types on alerts page and specific alert page for "Turn Around" and "Voluntary" selections. 

● Ability to push notifications for both controller and operator boxes for "Pole-Width-Check" alerts. 

● Integrations: 

● Ultra Integration: Seamless integration with Ultra platform for enhanced data exchange and functionality. 

● Garrett Integration: Integration with Garrett security systems for compatibility and interoperability. 

● Red Hat Support: Added support for Red Hat operating system. 

Bug Fixes

● Resolved issues with data validation, display, and retrieval. 

● Improved encryption and security measures. 

● Corrected errors related to report generation and filtering. 

● Optimized performance for specific features.
