Introduction
This release note outlines the new features and bug fixes included in the latest version of Athena Control Center (v2.7). We've focused on improving functionality and addressing critical issues to enhance the user experience.
New Features
Support Button: A shortcut to create a support ticket within the platform
CRM Visit History: Added crms visit history to the CRM page. Allows you to see the date, time, a photo of the person for each day they checked-in.
WDS Report: Changed the language within the WDS report from “visitors” to “passes”.
Multiple Emails for Reports: Allows users to add multiple emails to reports.
Status Button: Provides a shortcut to the ACC status history page.
IRR Close: Improved functionality of closing IRRs making it easy to enter who is closing the ticket
Check-In Report: Improved speed of generating Check-In Report.
