iPad not receiving alerts from X-ray

  • Check that the adapter is plugged in to the iPad

  • Check that the network cable is plugged in to the adapter

  • Check that there are lights next to the network cable on the adapter

    • If no, contact Support

    • If yes, Reboot the iPad

  • Contact Support for additional assistance, 1-833-928-4362
