Athena’s local version is displayed in the following network topology diagram.
For Athena local version you will need to deploy AI Core boxes at all of your building locations. Only one backend and monitoring server is required for your whole organisation.
Each AI Core system can currently handle up to 50 cameras. The backend and monitoring services are handled by your server team. You will need port 443 outbound opened up from your backend to Athena Cloud.
IP addresses to lock down your firewall’s outbound ports can be given by creating a support ticket, as this information is specific to your deployment.

For more information on server specs for backend and monitoring servers, please see our Athena gun detection server specs for monitoring and backend servers.
