The system comes pre-configured to alert when a person shows a temperature of 99.4˚F or above. We use this threshold because Athena measures the surface body temperature, which is cooler than the internal body temp. Someone with an external temp at or above 99.4˚F does not necessarily have a fever, but merits internal temp screening to see if they have a fever.
You can easily change that to any number you prefer. On the "config ALG" page, edit the "temp 1" field to the alert threshold of your choice.
